Prepayment Gas Customers
We recommend that you always keep your prepayment meters topped up. Gas Prepayment customers emergency credit has been increased from €10 to €100 for a period of time. This credit must be paid back at a later date and is an emergency backup for customers who need it during this time.
Prepayment Electricity Customer
We recommend that you always keep your electricity meter topped up. Where possible, we advise customers who can to top up online.
