If you were previously on a different plan prior to Smart Pay As You Go, your account history can be viewed online through the SSE Airtricity app or online.
Reminder: For Smart Pay As You Go Dual Fuel (Electricity & Gas) customers, two separate accounts will be created, one for electricity and one for gas. This means that, while you’ll pay for your electricity via the Smart Pay as You Go app or web portal, you will receive a separate gas account.
Check Email: After signing up, you’ll get a confirmation email with your account details and instructions on setting up your online account. This may take a few days to complete.
