How do I get my security deposit refunded?

If you’re a homeowner:

Your security deposit will automatically be refunded in full if you switch to direct debit.

You may also request a refund after 12 months if you’ve built up a consistent payment history by contacting our Customer Services team on 0818 81 22 20.

If you’re a tenant:

Your security deposit will be refunded once your account is closed and any balance paid in full.
