Understanding your bill
If you pay your bills by direct debit you will usually receive a refund automatically to your bank account within 60 days of your final bill issuing. If don’t pay your bill by direct debit and are due a refund please contact our customer service team.
If we don’t hear from you and you’re due a refund on a closed account we will write to you reminding you to contact us.
