Understanding your bill

How do I check the balance on my account?

You can check the balance on your account any time by logging in to My Account. If you’ve just made a top-up payment, please allow up to 3 working days for this to be reflected in your account.

If you don’t have access to My Account you can find out your balance by contacting our Customer Service Team.

If your account is in credit you may be due a refund. A credit balance will display on the bill as a minus figure or with the words “in credit” on your My Account online. Examples of both below.
