Understanding your bill
If your account is in credit this usually means:
We’ll automatically roll your credit over to your next bill, but if the balance is significant you can contact our Customer Services team to arrange a refund.
Sometimes your statement will appear in credit – this is because you pay more than you normally would during the summer months to avoid large bills in winter.
If your balance remains significant we will reduce your monthly payments to balance it out – it doesn’t mean you are actually due a refund.
