Understanding your bill
There are a number of reasons why your bill may appear higher than normal:
If your bill was estimated, you should check your meter and submit a reading. We will then apply any credit you are due towards your next bill. Sending us regular meter readings will help ensure your usage is up to date.
If you've checked all of the above and still feel there is a problem with your bill, please contact our Customer Service team on 0345 601 9093 at least 5 days before the payment due date to discuss your options.
