Paying your bill
You can top up your account or pay your bill in advance by making payments at any time during your billing period – you don’t need to wait for a bill.
Any payments you make will take up to 3 working days to show up on your account as a credit – you can check your account balance anytime online through My Account.
Payments received at least 5 days before the end of your billing period will be shown on your bill. If the payments you made were:
If you make a payment up to 6 working days before your next bill is due to be paid, your direct debit amount will be reduced accordingly. If you make a payment within 6 working days of your payment due date, we’ll carry the payment over to your next bill, so you will have less to pay next time.
You can use any of our payment methods to make top up payments – even if you normally pay your bills by direct debit.
