Understanding your bill

I have not received a gas bill, just electricity - why?

If you haven't received a gas bill with your statement, it’s because we didn’t receive a meter reading during your billing period.

We rely on Gas Networks Ireland to provide meter readings and we can’t choose when gas estimates or readings are sent to us. Without a reading or estimate during your billing period we can’t bill you.

Submitting regular gas meter readings helps you avoid lengthy periods between bills. You can sign up to meter reading reminders. These will let you know when to submit a meter reading in time for your next bill.
