What do I do if I lose my top up code before keying it into my meter?

If you lose your top-up code before keying it into your meter, you get it re-issued free of charge by

  • Going online to Webchat and selecting "Retrieve Top Up code", select that you have already made a payment, then enter your Pay As You Go card number
  • Calling our Customer Service Team on 0818 812220 with your number Pay As You Go card number
  • Visiting the Post Office, PayPoint outlet or Payzone outlet where your payment was made, bringing your Pay As You Go card and they will be able to retrieve your top-up code
