What happens when my account is in credit?

If your bill shows a credit this usually means:

  1. The payments you made during your billing period were more than your bill amount
  2. You had a reversal that was larger than your current bill

If your bill is in credit we’ll keep this in your account and roll it over to your next bill. You can keep track of any credits in your account by viewing it online through My Account.
