If you’re having problems logging in, there are a couple of reasons why this could occur:
If you’re having problems logging in because you can’t remember your username or password you should go to our Username/Password Retrieval screen. Once you enter the email address for your account a link will be sent to you for resetting your username and password.
If you’re having trouble remembering which email address is on your account, or you’re still experiencing problems just contact our Customer Service team.
To find out whether your email address is your username, click on the "Forgot username" link on the login page to receive a reminder of your username.
If your username / email address is correct and you cannot login, click on the "Forgot password" link on the login page to reset your password.
If you have multiple accounts linked to your email address or if you previously had another SSE Airtricity account, click on the "Forgot password" link on the login page to reset your password. We recommend that you update your username in the "Account Details" in our web online
