Login to My Account to submit electricity and gas readings and manage your reminders at any time.

Phone

These lines are automated and available 24 hours a day:

• Electricity: Call ESB Networks on 1800 337 777 with your MPRN number
• Gas: Call Gas Networks Ireland on 1800 427 732 with your GPRN number

Text

• Electricity: Text ESB Networks on 087 960 9223 with your MPRN number, name, address and meter reading.

You can find your MPRN or GPRN number on top right corner of the your bill.

Note: It's important not to send us more than one reading on the same day, as this could cause your bill to be delayed.
