How do I get my security deposit refunded?

Your security deposit will automatically be refunded in full if you switch to direct debit or when you close your account.

If you'd like to sign up to direct debit just call our Customer Service team on 0345 601 9093.

If you smell gas phone the 24-hour gas emergency service on 0800 002 001.
