How do I cancel my direct debit?

You can cancel your direct debit at any time by contacting our Customer Service team on 0345 601 9093, or by writing to us. It is not necessary to contact your bank.

If you cancel your direct debit with your bank without letting us know as well, we may request payment from your bank as normal and you will be charged a fee when your bank refuses the payment request.

Remember, if you cancel your direct debit you will:

  • Lose your direct debit discount, and
  • Be required to pay a security deposit of £125.
