Paying your bill
You can control when your direct debit leaves your account by changing your billing period. This will change the date your bill is issued and when your direct debit becomes due (usually 14 days later).
To change your billing period, simply contact our Customer Service team on 0345 601 9093. Your new direct debit date will then apply to all of your future bills.

8am - 6:30pm
Saturday and Bank Holidays
10am - 6pm
