How to submit a meter reading

There are two ways to submit your meter reading:

  1. Online: Login to My Account at any time
  2. Phone: Call NIE Networks on 03456 093 030 (open 24 hours) with your MPRN number

You can find your MPRN number on the top right corner of the your bill.
