Paying your bill

How do I set up a direct debit?

You can switch to direct debit by calling our Customer Service team on 0345 601 9093. We are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6:30pm.

You'll need your:

  1. Bank Sort Code
  2. Bank Account Number, and
  3. Airtricity account number (this can be found on any past bill).

Alternatively, you can download a direct debit mandate form and return it by email, social or post. Simply fill it in, take a picture and send it back to us in minutes.
