How do I find my MPRN?
Please indicate if anyone at the property is dependent on life supporting medical equipment (oxygen concentrator, home dialysis machine etc.) or assistive technologies (environmental control transmitters, home automation systems etc.).
The CRU have put in place protections for customers on the priority services register against disconnection. You can find full details in our Vulnerable customer code of practice at sseairtricity.com.

The energy market operates a special services register that provides additional services for customers with specific requirements. This information is shared with Networks for the benefit of registered customers. The CRU have put in place protections for customers on the special services register against disconnection during winter months.
