Your Meter Point Reference Number (MPRN) is a unique identification number (11 digits long) assigned to the electricity meter on your premises. You can find your MPRN on any of your past bills. We need your MPRN to ensure we transfer the correct electricity point connected to your premises as quickly and smoothly as possible.

If you do not have a copy of any past bills, you can contact ESB Networks on 0818 372 757  with the Reference Number and Serial Number displayed on the face of the meter, and ESB Networks will provide you with the MPRN for your electricity meter point on your premises.
